have been waited so long for holiday break from the stress full office.
2day de 1st day of Chinese New Year, after read all Chinese Astor for year of ox, i found out a have obstacle than need to over come, and i know wat its mean. to over come it. i will follow wat it say and do all it's have been recommended from de "san say", all do i not very sure it will work or not, but i will try it and hope for the best. 2009 is a tough year as ppl say, it a challenging year for me to over take de fella.
beside de superstition part, ofcoz on the normally routine work i will do all my best and show you are nothing to me.

What can be done for a week before a long public holiday to a corporate client?
De hold department personal leave been froze again after event and b4 Chinese New Year Break. What can be done to before CNY???? Yet, the market trend now are CASH is KING, from housewife to corporate leader just keeping money and stop spending/ budget cut. With this how can we attack the buyers?
That’s is so many why, so many what… why de mood have change? What de fella really want to do? Why want made our life difficult? are these just demotivate us?

thing have been slow down lately, sales drop..... working motivation drop...

ai.... is economic down made us down or we worry and made de economic down?

news been talking about cutting budget here n there, de share market drop how many, how many ppl lost job this all been heavy promote on de main papers is this wat we really want?

for me, i really dont want this to happen, i want back my high motivates working spirit, grow in my sales. i want more ~ many~ more that i can have. but why when i enter that area i feel down, demotivate, n trying to leave? itz de people or the environment?

i did watch the movie "The Secret" thats intro by eve and i told it was another rome war movie at 1st. its about Law of Attraction by Rhonda Byrne. is about to think positive, to self motivate and made our life more happy. it was so cool, that i did try out when i try look for car parking space, and it really work. i do get a nice parking space after all.

but in serious i do think it only help about 20% and the res is about working it out. example, if i just park a side and dint go around to look 4 a parking space, i dont think i will get a parking space becouse the place i park was not right at the place i think. for that. every thing i will not just think, i will work for it and must work for it. bcoz to made other happy with you is far more easy to made out own self happy, therefore act before others and after others gets wat they wat they want, and for sure we will get wat we want, all just time.

so get back to work. n happy working to my self.

Work Pressure+ Money + Market Trend + Economic =????

Was a tough day I have. Early morning been inform meeting that arrange since last week been change due to boss unable to attend but will be go alone with one director & manager , when i call up to double confirm with boss. All I get is fire by him for nothing…..

Ai… forever unable to understand is in de boss mind? Everything been print out, information been update, last mind come our new Boucher that not been inform, how in the world I will have it. Sian.

Boss admitted hospital last week, by not been inform by others, I get question n fired by him for not paying any visit to him and only 2day come to meet him on the last minute b4 meeting the important u client. Ai…. If u dint people who will know u admit…. Y want me go ask people about u… y can I do when I visit you.

During meeting, 1st de client ask what your point on the current market. Wah lau… how can I answer when others are more senior than me and de client is G.M of MNC? Luckily, de director able reply in a nature way that leave lots of space for all of us to join in, but once was de client start the 1st word he says was no, market is so down now, at his HQ @ US all project have been stop, sales been drop since 6 month ago, in here Malaysia is only hand full of project are talking but not seeing them have any progress. Real estate market stop, Renovation work stop, furniture not selling overboard any more, people being spend very care full. Company cut A&P cost, bla~ bla…

Hello! every 1 know de market is down, every 1 know company cut A&P budget, so? No need to do advertisement already? No more promotion for market pushes already? In this time is actually the best time for A&P. by doing good A&P, it will easy push up the company market share. If don’t do it now when u can get the best every cost for A&P, this is the time for all brand owner~ organization to demand more, gets more mileages than ever.

After today meeting, de director advised me, for this year doesn’t any serious purchase before CNY, like change PC, Car, buy house. Now is de time to wait. He say this economic downturn might be worst then the 1980’s, and that made him ask us collect pay all de pending payments to prevent customer turn down… another new work task la… :P

~Choice~

Why we have to do so many decisions on choice every day on big or small thing?
How to go with, what to eat, what to wear, what to say, what to do, where to go, where to see, when to leave, when to let go…… so many decision to made, and all decision made all costing all our most pressure time.
After so many years I still unable made up my mind. I really like it so much with so many reasons I can have, but there is 1reason that I HATE so much which it can overcome the entire best thing.
Can get what I have now from elsewhere? Can I enjoy it as much as now at other place? I don’t know I have no idea, I unable made a decision; I am scary of making wrong decision.
I need help. I need sign.
I HOPE, I WISH IT DIE VERY SOON!!!!! I HATE IT so much.

I do and did one day I can be a Vampire one day. Being a normally people like me every day doing de same thing day after day, by having so many limitation no to do this not to do that cause by so many reason. But if I really a vampire I can do thing freely, because I been life for so long, monetary I’m sure no need to be worry, I can enjoy all the best restaurant I can enjoy, buy thing I want without think & Think ~ think, As vampire it all ways be so attractive to everyone, I can party, party & party till I can nonstop flirt gals, super enjoy then.
Because I wont die I can do all cool staff like bunji Jump, Sky diving, deep sea diving and so many thing that I don’t dare to do. :P scary of dead. For meeting people that piss me off I can just eat them up or made them disappear, problem can solve so easy.
In my very own world, I really wish I am Vampire. Just to made it clear the type of Vampire I wish to be is not the Chinese traditional creepy vampire, the type is the England gorgeous type, lol.

Saturday

a last minute call from the boss on Friday nite, a meeting on Saturday morning... Gosh... a relaxing weekend mood totally ruin.
I wake up @ 8am... because have 2 gave a morning reminder to de client on meeting time, i made my self waken til 9am, i called him n i fell a sleep again... sign... my brain totally into sign off mode with forget the meeting with boss is actuary @ 9.30am...
of coz i do remember 2 set alarm, but when i woke up is already 9.20am, all i do is rush 2 meet up with boss and rush 2 de client place 4 meeting.
bcoz i m late de meeting should start @ 10 hav been dely 2 10.30am. when de meeting start trough out de conversation between boss n client is not talking any thing on our current project, is all about 2 renovate his house, modify car, best food store location.... bla bla....
my god, all my effort on presentation, my sleep time all gone like that. de meeting ( or chit chat session) las until 12pm.
@ 3pm i had my lunch with eve @ ShushiZamai the garden, it was still ppl Queuing.... we have 2 wait about 15 minute only able to get a sit. when was enjoying my relax lunch with my dear, a ring of sadness call. i get a sms from boss again, he had another meeting @ 8.30pm @ his house... my godness.. why why again...
have no choice after lunch n a thai foot message session @ midvally, i reach boss place @ sharp 8.30pm, when i enter boss meeting area, it was no body, nor boss or another ppl that should come...sign again i wait til 9pm de other ppl came, than only de boss come out from his room. after a 2 hour boring and not productive ( same old thing again) meeting. finally end @ 11pm.
again i had my late dinner ( supper) with eve, lei, and wei. @ look up point cheras, was a windy nite, a nice place 2 relax for all de work stress. so it was my SATURDAY.

( PS:- Gasoline restaurant there was bad service... food tasted like have been recooked 1000x time... conclusion not a place 4 pleasure food. :p)
