wao!!!! is a brand new start in a old place.

the company is under going change, working here is like working in a new environment.

square head have lesser say in office, us given more opportunity to speck out.

more way to out shine our own self, but also more easy to get in problem, a hold new challenge, a hold new independence working environment.

i m happily welcome a hold new working environment in a old place.

another sleepless nite.

what can we do if a hold department no 1 like the manager? how can it happen?

as a normal stuff should we blame all to the management? when we did something wrong can we push all to the managements, and the manager useless can he push to us?

my answer is NO. as every people in a department we should work as a team/a family. we should not point finger to other's. i know it might only happen in fairy tells. but i really hope one day every 1 can work together peacefully.

because we are human & we are already a living mistake. so we are allow to made mistake but it only be fine when we know we do mistake if not, we will 4ever a mistake.

every one need 2 change, when the environment change. no matter how it is because a are human we need to change only we be adopt to society.

last time use to complain about no personal time coz need to work during weekend n late week day, now when he left, thing change work lode become less N lesser. no direction, no clue wat will happen. just meaning less work every day. like zombie.

doing nothing in office but facebooking...... my god.

working life are confusing.

tired work.........

work with a square headed manager are tired enough, now i work with pair of them.

working here have become more N more stress full. with the pair of them, more & more ppl get demotivated, sense of belonging become lesser... more N more ppl getting DULAN with both them. is already enough tough handle management, now with the new pair of SQUARE HEADED. i have no idea how long i will stay.

so is time 2 look for new place, new hope.
